A digital influencer of Tucuruí, in the South -est of Para, was again held after breaking the precautionary measures imposed by the court. She was forbidden to advertise the betting sites and game platforms, but again promoted this type of content on social networks. The preventive arrest was decreed after the request of the Public Prosecutor of Pará (Mppa) and confirmed in a hearing of custody held last Tuesday (10).
The suspects, identified as Evertyn Mendes Freire, It had already been the goal of the Hemera operation, launched in June 2024 by the civil police. At the time, the authorities investigated the crimes related to the illegal dissemination of virtual bets, including the popular “Tiger Fortune”, known as Tigrinho Game. In addition, exterior were also studied, embezzlement and criminal associations.
Violation
According to Mppa, the current arrest was requested by the prosecutor Aline Martinsof the 1st Prosecutor of Tucuruí, after the violation of the order of the court that prohibited the influencer of advertising betting.
