He was sentenced by the Criminal Court to 12 months in prison, of which six months in prison, for “violence with weapons which did not result in incapacity for work”; the other six months were considered “suspended”.

“As a result, Ilan will only serve half of his sentence, provided he does not commit any crimes again. He was also fined 1,500 euros (approximately R$9,300) and banned from owning or bearing weapons for a period of three years.

At 27 years old, the influencer has 131 thousand followers on Instagram and 18 thousand on Tik Tok. In court, according to the New York Postthe man explained that he “knew nothing” as he was in “his own world”. He also said he chose to make the videos to copy what he had seen in other countries.

“I had the terrible idea of ​​doing these pranks by imitating what I saw on the internet, in Spain and Portugal,” he admitted in court. “I didn’t think it could cause harm to people. That was my mistake: I wasn’t thinking about others, I was thinking about myself,” he said.
