The wedding of Lexa AND Ricardo Vianna, held this Friday (10th) at Casa do Alto, in Alto da Boa Vista, northern area of ​​Rio de Janeirowas marked by one of the most emotional moments in the couple’s journey. During the celebration in front of around 150 guests, the spouses paid a touching tribute to their daughter Sofia, passed away in February this year, just three days after birth.

Lexa and Ricardo release balloons in Sofia’s honor

The little girl, the result of the relationship between the singer and the actor, was born on February 2, but did not survive the complications caused by the eclampsia suffered by Lexa during childbirth. Since then the artist has shared publicly with her partner the pain of the loss and the process of emotional reconstruction.

During the ceremony, Lexa and Ricardo prepared a symbolic gesture to immortalize the memory of their daughter: the couple released white and transparent helium balloons, some of them with the affectionate nickname “Soso”, the way they referred to the little girl. The moment, obviously, moved the guests, who watched the sky fill with balloons under the Rio sunset. The two couldn’t hold back their tears as they looked up.
