Valquíria Nascimento, mother of singer MC Kevin, took to social media to talk about the pain of going to visit her son’s body in the cemetery on All Souls’ Day

On All Souls’ Day, he shared images of his visit to the funk singer’s grave, carrying a wreath of flowers accompanied by the message: “I miss you, son, I love you forever.”
In the caption of the post, Valquíria opened her heart about how much she misses him. “Today I can confidently say that years may pass, time may pass, but you can be sure of one thing, my son: I, your mother, will never forget you. I miss you so much, Kevin Nascimento Bueno.” The artist’s mother said that she usually visits the cemetery whenever possible and that it is common to find Kevin’s fans there, who also bring flowers and prayers.
Pain that doesn’t go away
In the stories, Valquíria reported that the time of visits is still extremely painful. “That moment when I’m there hurts so much, guys. I want to dig the grave and get him out, you know?”he vented. MCKevin died in May 2021, aged 23, after falling from the fifth floor of a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. The IML report indicated head trauma and multiple fractures. The investigation concluded that the death was accidental, probably caused by an attempt to jump from one balcony to another, an action which witnesses classified as “a bad joke”.
