The socialite Val Marchiori would have been sued for violating contracts for two real estate projects. According to columnist Fábia Oliveira, she has become a defendant in the company Casmar Marketplace Ltda, of which she is a managing partner.
The lawsuit is filed by Z. Xiaoli Participações Eireli in reference to two properties acquired on September 15, 2021. The total cost of the projects would have been R$ 1.5 million.
Until then, Casmar Marketplace Ltda. had committed to the delivery of one of the properties on July 31st this year, which did not happen. Therefore, the company stated that the first property would only be available for March 31, 2023.
However, the author of the appeal stated that she had not received information on the progress of the works, nor that she had access to the property deeds. You also stated that you were unaware of the financial flow of the payments you have already made, which revolve around R $ 500,000 (amount referring to one of the properties).
Before going to court, Z. Xiaoli Participações Eireli allegedly tried to circumvent the situation with face-to-face meetings with the people involved. The company also tried to ask for the money paid back, but the attempts were unsuccessful.
The author requests that the socialite and the Casmar company reimburse the amount paid for the properties with due monetary correction. In addition, he is seeking compensation for moral damage in the amount of R $ 10,000 in court.
This week, Val Marchiori showed off his “latest toy” on the web: an orange Chevrolet Corvette convertible worth R $ 1.6 million.
