The press secretary for the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, near Reno, said Renner was the only party involved in the crash. Local authorities rushed him to the nearest hospital Sunday as the sheriff’s office’s Major Accident Investigation Team investigates the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Further details have not been disclosed.
A two-time Academy Award nominee, Renner also stars in the Paramount+ series “Mayor of Kingstown.”
