Luciana Gimenez, 53, thanked fans and friends for their love after she suffered a skiing accident in Aspen, USA, on Saturday 7. The presenter broke her leg in four places and also underwent surgery. She’s fine.
In the video published on Tuesday 10, Luciana explains that she broke “her tibia and fibula in four places” and that she doesn’t know when she will leave the hospital. The famous woman was on holiday with her children, Lucas and Lorenzo, and she was speed skiing down a steeper slope when she was injured.
“It was a bad accident, but my only concern at the time was that my kids were together and I didn’t want them to watch that scene, which wasn’t very nice,” Luciana explained.
He also revealed that he was under the influence of drugs and thus took some time to update fans on his health.
“Before I couldn’t speak because I’m under the influence of many drugs and they confuse me a bit, I can’t speak well. I don’t know when I’ll be discharged, but I know I’ll be fine and I’ll be able to go back to sports,” he said. Luciana Gimenez concluded by thanking the fans, doctors and press for their “support”.
