American tabloids report that Britney Spears is going to sell a new house in California, which she acquired in June 2022 with her husband Sam Asgari. The mansion is located in Calabasas County, Los Angeles, near the home of Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian and the estate of Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline. The purchase price at the time was about $11.8 million.
It is noted that in a house with an area of about a thousand square meters, the artist planned to start life “from scratch” after leaving her father’s care. The 41-year-old superstar is already looking for bidders to buy the mansion, according to a new report. Britney began showing the house in Calabasas to potential buyers. The star has reportedly set a new price tag of $12 million.
According to TMZ, Spears quickly moved out of the house due to the fact that he, in her opinion, was “too open.” The journalists of the publication write that Britney “simply did not fall in love with her new home.”
One-story mansion in Calabasas, built in 2008, located in an exclusive area and covers an area of about 1077 square meters. Inside the home are six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a stone-clad foyer, dining room, kitchen with professional appliances, study, spacious living room with fireplace and barbecue patio.
