Last Tuesday, singer, designer and mother of many children, 41-year-old Jessica Simpson, posted on her blog a photo of her eldest daughter Maxwell surrounded by soft toys and accompanied her with a lengthy and very tender congratulation:
How is my firstborn, the main gift in life and best friend, who is already 10 years old?! We spent a magical weekend hosting guests. My girl begged the powers that be to never grow up again and wake up as a 5 year old again,” Simpson began.
The girl really spent the day joking with relatives and guests, convincing them that in fact she is not turning 10 years old at all, but half as much.
She joked all day that she was only 5, and it filled my heart with gratitude for such a beautiful life-loving baby, she added.
Simpson also described her daughter as “an altruistic leader” and “a kind, loving heart,” among other compliments. The star noted that already at such a young age, the girl is able to influence public opinion.
Maxwell knows what he wants. She logically and emotionally expresses her thoughts, therefore she is able to change the opinions of others (including my own). It can transform someone’s preconceived notions in a couple of minutes. It’s just incredible,” Jessica continued.
Last month, the singer spoke to People about the lessons she learned from Maxwell’s upbringing. Then Simpson also noted that her daughter is “self-confident” and may well become the new trendsetter. In addition, the star believes that the girl inherited high self-esteem from her.
Recall that, in addition to Maxwell, Jessica Simpson has two more children from her marriage to 42-year-old ex-football player Eric Johnson: 3-year-old Birdie Mae and 8-year-old Ace Whip. Simpson and Johnson have been in a relationship for over a decade. In the summer of 2014, the lovers played a magnificent wedding, which was attended by more than 250 guests.
