The jewelry brand, founded in 2015, with its own production in St. Petersburg – Parure Atelier – dedicated a line of jewelry to the ballet “The Nutcracker” at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko MAMT. The capsule collection created for the 130th anniversary of the ballet was named Waltz of Snowflakes. It includes seven pieces of white gold with diamonds and aquamarines. When working on the design, the craftsmen tried to convey the magnificence of winter: noble metal, diamonds and aquamarines are intertwined in a whimsical dance of snowflakes.

A brooch depicting a ballerina in a tiara and a dress woven from ice-clear diamonds deserves special attention. The central part of the outfit is a pear-cut gem, combined with curved gold ribbons, it looks airy.

I wanted to show the lightness and delicacy of the snowflake, as if layers of transparent fabrics are superimposed one on top of the other, like in ballerina skirts,

— says the artist of Parure Atelier Anna Nechaeva. The Nutcracker premiered at MAMT on November 25.
