Pancake batter blender, quick and easy


Pancake dough with only 4 ingredients, from a blender, quick and easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • salt

PRE-PREPARATION:

  1. Gather all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. This recipe works for both sweet and savory pancakes.

PREPARATION:

Pancake Dough:

  1. In the blender, beat all the dough ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan.
  3. Put some oil on a paper towel or use a brush and grease the pan.
  4. Put a small portion of dough and spread it over the entire surface by rotating the pan, until you get a thin dough.
  5. Let it cook, over very low heat, until it comes off the bottom.
  6. Turn and cook on the other side.
  7. Remove the pancakes from the pan, place them on a plate, and stack them as they are prepared.
  8. Repeat the operation until the end of the dough.

FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Stuff the pancakes, roll them up and serve piping hot.
