- tools: 1 non-stick pan, 1 culinary brush (optional), 1 spatula.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup wheat flour (tea)
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- salt
PRE-PREPARATION:
- Gather all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- This recipe works for both sweet and savory pancakes.
PREPARATION:
Pancake Dough:
- In the blender, beat all the dough ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Put some oil on a paper towel or use a brush and grease the pan.
- Put a small portion of dough and spread it over the entire surface by rotating the pan, until you get a thin dough.
- Let it cook, over very low heat, until it comes off the bottom.
- Turn and cook on the other side.
- Remove the pancakes from the pan, place them on a plate, and stack them as they are prepared.
- Repeat the operation until the end of the dough.
FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:
- Stuff the pancakes, roll them up and serve piping hot.
