Stuffed minced meat roulade

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of minced meat (duckling)
  • 1 grated and squeezed onion
  • 1 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon (coffee) of Syrian pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of dried chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Filling

  • 300 g of sliced ​​ham
  • 300 g of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup green olives (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of oregano

Roof

  • 250g of Catupiry®
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Method of preparation:

  1. For the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands.
  2. Spread onto a large piece of plastic wrap, tacking with your hands to be smooth and even.
  3. Sprinkle the filling ingredients on top, then roll up like a jelly roll, discarding the plastic.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, decorate with the Catupiry® mixture and serve immediately.

Note.: If you prefer, put the cloth inside a mould, place the meat and place the filling. Roll it up. In this way the rocambole will be uniform.
