Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • Parmesan, grated to taste, for sprinkling

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 300 g of thinly sliced ​​Calabrian sausage
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 cups mozzarella (diced)

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion and peppers until golden brown.
  2. Add the tomato, sauce, salt and greens and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off, let it cool and mix with the mozzarella. Reserve.
