  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • salt to taste

Meatball

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 diced aubergines
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion and eggplant until soft.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Then mix the eggs, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper until a homogeneous mass is formed.
