The three Brazilian beaches

Lagoinha do Leste beach – Florianópolis

Costão, beach, native forest, lagoon and waterfall all in one place! This is how Praia da Lagoinha do Leste in the capital of Santa Catarina can be summarized. There are two ways to get there: boat and trail. There is also no option to move to Lagoinha do Leste by car due to the fact that there is no road.

This area is known as a “stronghold” for the conservation of the Atlantic Forest in Santa Catarina. Clean waters, with waves known for their strong undertow, thanks to the open sea. The sand is clear and of good width, ranging from 10 to 120 m.

Praia Brava do Camburi – Ubatuba (SP)

This beach is located in the extreme north of the municipality and near the border with the city of Paraty (RJ). In addition, Brava do Camburi is considered by many to be an “oasis” for ecotourism enthusiasts and is on the itinerary of anyone wanting to go surfing. Access is via a path just before km 5 of the Rio-Santos highway in the direction of Ubatuba – Paraty.

Although it does not offer a tourist condition, Brava do Camburi receives many surfers. The hallmarks on the sands of this beach are the jundús, a type of low coastal vegetation, and the “Ocypode quadrata” marlin meal.

Mozambique beach – Florianópolis

It is the largest area in the state of Santa Catarina. There is no less than 13.5km of white sand, offering impeccable natural beauty. The site belongs to the Parque Florestal do Rio Vermelho and in these 400,000 m2 pine vegetation predominates.

This space attracts surfers, but is notorious for low footfall. It is a typical quiet place for surfing and fishing in both high and low seasons.
