Fatigue or demotivation? Make this productive mindset at work

Program your mind to perform the profession satisfactorily

Do you feel tired, unmotivated or exhausted in your daily work? This is very common. There are days or even periods when we think that we are not able to complete all our tasks, that we can no longer bear so much pressure, that the rope will break. To keep it from actually breaking, learn a productive mindset at work.

To soften this stressful reality, in this world of accelerated thinking and action, I propose that we develop the habit of turning our attention to ourselves.

Can you tell that when the hustle starts, are your thoughts in the past or in the future? That you are always – or almost always – “worried” about something?

Think about this idea a bit. But sincerely. Assume the truth that you are never in the “present moment” when this happens. I call the present moment the here and now, where the perception of ourselves lives intensely.

Away from limits, closer to creativity

Of course, many times we have to think about our tasks, get organized, reflect on how to solve this or that. But the intensity with which we let ourselves be caught up in these thoughts is useless and counterproductive. You I also invite you to read about Burnout and how it is possible to deal with emotions.

We always end up repeating behaviors based on previously tried solutions. That is, with this attitude, we deprive ourselves of the advantage of looking at and solving things innovatively and creatively, all the time. does it make sense to you?

This means giving yourself the chance to bring down a new reality chosen from a thousand possible creative possibilities. In other words, contact with an attentive mind freed from the limitations of memories always leads us to different and positive resolutions. And what’s better: safely and silently.

Well, if you keep reading the text it’s because, in a way, it makes a lot of sense to you. Therefore, what I would like to propose is a face-to-face training, for one month. The responsibility, like everything else in your life, is yours.

In this 30 day period, if you are committed and disciplined in doing the presence exercise, your life will already have changed so much for the better.

Production mindset in 6 phases

Understand below the six steps needed to program your mind and produce more at work.

Step 1: Commitment

Make a serious commitment to yourself. Even if you don’t believe it much at first, at least give yourself the opportunity to experiment to change things for the better.

The first week may not be very easy, as the habit will not have formed in your life yet. But never give up! The next minute can be where the leap into a new, more productive habit can happen. Always persist! Use all your will to have a more balanced and happy life.

2nd step: contact you

Every day, take 15 minutes as soon as you wake up to connect with your body and mind. As soon as you wake up, remember that today you allow everything to walk within absolute creativity, even if your current life situation does not yet reflect it.

Try to feel the joy of this manifestation already taking place in your day or at least the satisfaction of the possibility of this decision.

repeat “It would be so nice if…”and complete the sentence as you wish, feeling the pleasure of this idea as a possibility.

Affirmations, both positive and negative, open doors – learn more here.

If you think it’s better, print the affirmations below and read them or record them on your mobile phone, listening to them whenever you feel necessary. Everything we feel can come true, even if it has not yet materialized on the physical plane. Every thought is always on the verge of realization, so be careful what you idealize.

Affirmation

I greet today with optimism and love.

I greet the sun and all nature with great respect and gratitude.

I accept and assume my limitless mind, ready for new possibilities in my day today.

I greet with equal respect all the people who interact with me today.

I greet my Presence in the now which brings me balance, security, determination, discernment, compassion, acceptance, detachment and unconditional love. I believe in the flow of life which strengthens my physical, mental and emotional health. I’m fine and may the whole planet benefit from it.

I congratulate you now!

3rd phase: breathing and exercise

Upon awakening, take 3 deep breaths. Pay full attention to your physical body. Feel how it is, stretch, stretch.

Always lying down, if you want, raise your legs and pedal 120 times, always thinking about progress towards well-being (the exercise improves blood circulation, works the leg muscles, glutes and diaphragm, without overloading the spine).

Before lowering your legs and resting for a minute, hold your feet with your hands while keeping your legs straight (if you can’t keep your feet on, just keep your legs stretched straight up, still within your means).

Between this and the next step, observe how your body is doing. Thank him for making you alive here and now, and offer to take care of him even more responsibly today.

If you want, Here’s a mindful breathing exercise to relieve stress.

4th step: personal power

Sit or stand, becoming aware of your body and mind within it. Stay in touch with your breath and own your personal power of creative fulfillment now (outside the bounds of memories). Imagine the impulse you would have to get rid of someone trying to keep you underwater.

Think of the strength and determination that this possible situation would bring you. A will tied to survival, right? Then use that same determination to bring your Personal Power into the new. That is, being ready and determined to face the new opportunities of the new day with freedom and lightness.

Step 5: Say no to negative thoughts

Try to monitor your memory-generated negative thoughts most of the time. When you identify them, repeat mentally: “they are only thoughts based on the past and I conclude them, assuming the freedom to be able to choose among a thousand other possibilities”.

6th step: observation

During any activity at work, try to observe what feelings a certain task arouses in you in the present moment. Without judgement, accept that this is what you have right now and that – with peace of mind – everything will work out and the difficulties will become the past.

Breathe deeply and remember to wish and allow new possibilities to materialize. Only in the now can creativity appear.

This habit will quickly lead you to an attitude of greater security, tranquility and discernment in relation to your work. Creativity and assertive resolutions will naturally come true as the days go by.

believe in the process

Just do what I’m suggesting. Don’t rationalize or judge, as you may be wasting time and opportunities. Experience is what makes us change our minds. Allow yourself to be different or even make “a difference”.

It is all your responsibility for the kind of life you want to have. Learn little by little to produce more with less stress. Leave now! If you need help, I’m here.
