However, more elaborate hairstyles, with good finishes, require more technique, specific tools and the correct finishes to build – generally objects that do not it’s common to have in the house,” says hairstylist Mayara Morales.
Are there any tips before doing hairstyles?
To the recommendations they end up varying according to the needs of each hair. “Some need volume, some need frizz control, some want a shinier finish while others prefer a more relaxed look. Use a heat protectant beforehand so as not to compromise the health of the strands,” concludes Mayara.
Recommendation for brides
Bridal hair specialist Ádno Moreira recommends that the hairstyle lasts even longer. “A recommendation I make, especially for brides, is not to moisturize the week of the wedding (or any other event), because, depending on the hairstyle, the duration could be shorter. For the hairstyle, wash your hair with a use lighter shampoo, use as little conditioner as possible on ends and rinse well.”
