A surprising recipe that can replace cod in your Easter lunch is the tasty one baked dogfish. The dish is also typically served at this time of year and goes well with those who love fish and spend less. After all, cod can be heavy on your pocket, right?

Ingredients:
- 6 medium pieces of dogfish (900 g)
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 3 potatoes cut into pieces
- 2 carrots cut into pieces
- 1 bunch of chopped broccoli
- 3 tomatoes cut into pieces
- 1 medium onion cut into pieces
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon(s) peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for dressing
Method of preparation:
- Season the slices with the lemon and 2 teaspoons salt
- Cook the potato, carrot and broccoli al dente and set aside
- Meanwhile, mix these vegetables with the tomatoes, onions and peppers, then season with the garlic, remaining salt, black pepper, basil and oregano.
- Lay the fish fillets on the bottom of a baking dish, cover with the vegetable mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked through and vegetables are browned.
- Pick up and serve later.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of dogfish steaks
- Salt, black pepper and chopped coriander to taste
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup tomato sauce (tea)
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml)
- 1 cup mushrooms (tea)
Method of preparation:
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- In a medium earthenware refractory, spread the tomato sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Arrange the fish slices and then make a layer with the tomatoes, peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with coconut milk
- Sprinkle with coriander, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, remove the paper, add the mushrooms and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of dogfish in slices
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing and dressing
- 500 g of diced potatoes
- 1 yellow pepper in strips
- 1 sliced onion
- 300 g of sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 stem of sliced leek
- 100 g of black olives
- slices of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
- Season the fish with the juice, white wine, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Line a baking tray with greased baking paper and then place the potatoes on top.
- Season with olive oil, add salt and, on top of them, place the seasoned fish.
- Complete with pepper, onion, leek, tomato and olives.
- Drizzle with more olive oil, sprinkle with salt and garnish with lemon wedges.
- Cover with more baking paper and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
- Finally, remove and serve then drizzled with more olive oil.
