Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • ⅓ cup oil or olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 + ½ cup sweet sprinkles
  • 300 g of tofu
  • 1 + 1/2 cup acid dusting
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Method of preparation:

  1. First, in a blender, beat the tofu with the water and salt.
  2. Immediately after, in a large pot, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
  3. If it dries out too much, add a little more water (add it gradually).
  4. If it gets too moist, add a little more sprinkles.
  5. Grease a large mold with oil, form balls and place them in the mold, without sticking to each other.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. If you don’t plan to cook all units, transfer the buns to a pot with a lid and store in the freezer.
  8. Finally, grease a mold with oil and flour (or use a silicone mat or a non-stick pan) and bake for 25-35 minutes at 220°C (or until the rolls start to brown).
