Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- ⅓ cup oil or olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 + ½ cup sweet sprinkles
- 300 g of tofu
- 1 + 1/2 cup acid dusting
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Method of preparation:
- First, in a blender, beat the tofu with the water and salt.
- Immediately after, in a large pot, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
- If it dries out too much, add a little more water (add it gradually).
- If it gets too moist, add a little more sprinkles.
- Grease a large mold with oil, form balls and place them in the mold, without sticking to each other.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- If you don’t plan to cook all units, transfer the buns to a pot with a lid and store in the freezer.
- Finally, grease a mold with oil and flour (or use a silicone mat or a non-stick pan) and bake for 25-35 minutes at 220°C (or until the rolls start to brown).
