- 400 g of minced meat
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of green odor
- 1 teaspoon of paprika or paprika
- 1/2 packet beef bouillon powder (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar and mix them well with your hands, so that a uniform mixture results.
- Shape the mixture into balls and place directly into the AirFryer basket.
- Program the machine for 15 minutes at 200° degrees.
- Halfway through, shake the AirFryer basket so that the patties are evenly browned.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of dogfish in slices
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing and dressing
- 500 g of diced potatoes
- 1 yellow pepper in strips
- 1 sliced onion
- 300 g of sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 stem of sliced leek
- 100 g of black olives
- slices of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
- Season the fish with the juice, white wine, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Line a baking tray with greased baking paper and place the potatoes on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and place the seasoned fish on top.
- Cover with the pepper, onion, leek, tomato and olive.
- Drizzle with more olive oil, sprinkle with salt and garnish with lemon wedges.
- Then cover with more baking paper and place in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
- Finally, remove and serve then drizzled with more olive oil.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Fondor® seasoning
- 1/2 kg of diced chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1 diced green pepper
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 thinly sliced carrot
- 1 can of drained corn
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 teaspoons of corn starch
- 1 cup of water (tea)
- 1/2 cup roasted skinless peanuts
Method of preparation:
- Sprinkle the chicken with Fondor® type seasoning and mix
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat the oil over high heat, add the chicken and fry until golden brown
- Add the peppers, onion, carrot, corn, shoyuthe ketchup and then mix
- Cover and cook over medium heat until bubbly
- Then dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the stew and stir gently until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat, add the peanuts and mix
- If desired, serve this dish with rice, oriental noodles and more soy sauce.

- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 400 g of dried meat, blanched and minced
- 2 cups butternut squash (cooked and chopped)
- 250 g of sliced mozzarella
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the rice, 1 tablespoon of oil, the onion, the meat and the pumpkin. Mix very well.
- Pour the mixed contents into a small 29cm x 17cm refractory greased with the remaining oil.
- Arrange the slices of mozzarella on top.
- Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes.

- 1 package of cooked bow tie pasta (500g)
- 300 g of diced turkey breast
- 300 g of diced cheese
- 3 diced seedless tomatoes
- 2 jars of low-fat natural yogurt (320g)
- 1 cup mint (chopped)
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt to taste
- Mint leaves to decorate
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven, arrange on a serving plate and decorate with mint leaves.
- Ok, now enough serving!

- 8 eggs

- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/2 grated Italian zucchini
- 1 cup broccoli (cooked and chopped)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
- salt to taste
- margarine for greasing
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, put the eggs and flour and beat with a wire whisk or fork until the mixture is smooth and airy.
- Add the carrot, courgettes, broccoli, tomato, ricotta, baking powder, salt and mix.
- Pour into a medium greased refractory and bring to a medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Pick up and serve later.

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 thinly striped red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of powdered vegetable seasoning
- 2 Italian courgettes cut into half moons
- 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and deseeded
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- parsley to garnish
Method of preparation:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, place the garlic, onion, carrot, bell pepper, oregano, thyme, bay leaf, sugar and seasoning.
- Sauté over high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the courgettes, aubergines, tomato, water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and the tomato has crumbled.
- Turn off the heat, add salt and serve piping hot.
- If desired, serve with white rice, pasta, or Italian bread.

- 2 jars of cream
- 1 pack of champagne biscuits
Roof
- Grated chocolate to decorate
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the cream.
- Immediately afterwards, in a 20 cm diameter refractory, intersperse layers of biscuit moistened in milk and the chocolate mixture, finishing with the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with the chopped chocolate and then put in the fridge for 2 hours.
- If desired, decorate with cherries.
- Serve immediately.
