- 1 1/2 cups rice (washed and drained)
- 4 cups of water (tea)
- 4 cups of milk (tea)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup sugar (crystalline)
Method of preparation:
- Put the rice and water in a pan and cook over medium heat until it is almost dry.
- Add the milk and sugar and cook until dry again.
- Add the condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let it cool, place it on a serving plate and cover it with icing sugar.
- Pass the torch over the sugar until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of hot water (tea)
- 2 cups uncooked rice (washed and drained)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 liter of warm milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Crumbled cork-like paçoca and peanuts without skin and without salt for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Put hot water in a saucepan and add the rice, salt, cloves and cinnamon.
- Bring to low heat, with the pan half-covered, for 20 minutes or until almost all the water has dried up.
- Remove the spices and add the warm milk, sugar and condensed milk.
- Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until creamy and rice is tender.
- Pour into individual refractories and serve warm or at room temperature, sprinkled with paçoca and peanuts.

- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup passion fruit juice (tea)
Syrup
- Pulp of 2 passion fruit
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Method of preparation:
- Put the rice and water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until it is almost dry.
- Add milk, sugar and cook until dry again.
- Add the condensed milk, passion fruit juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let it cool, put it on a plate and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- For the syrup, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to low heat until it thickens slightly.
- Turn it off, let it cool, and spread it over the rice pudding.
- Place in the fridge for another hour and serve.

- 1 tablespoon of light margarine
- 3 1/2 cups skim milk (tea)
- 4 tablespoons oven and stove powdered sweetener
- 1 glass of light coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of orange zest
- 5 cloves
- 2 pieces of cinnamon stick
- Cinnamon powder and orange zest to decorate
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, melt the margarine over medium heat and quickly sauté the rice.
- Add the milk, sweetener, coconut milk, orange zest, cloves and cinnamon.
- Cook for 20 minutes over low heat or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off, let cool, transfer to a compote and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Decorate with ground cinnamon and orange zest before serving.

- 1 cup rice (washed)
- 5 cups of water (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 carnations
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (tea)
- 1/3 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup washed and chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup mango (diced)
- Mint leaves and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Method of preparation:
- In a pressure cooker over medium heat, place the rice, water, lemon zest, cinnamon and cloves.
- Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes after it starts to sizzle.
- Turn off the heat, release the pressure, open the pan, add the condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the cloves and cinnamon, transfer to a refractory and mix with the strawberries and chopped mango.
- Decorate with mint leaves and cinnamon sticks.
- Serve hot or cold.

- 1 cup rice (washed and drained)
- 3 cups of water (tea)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 g of grated coconut
- Cinnamon powder and stick to decorate
Method of preparation:
- Place the rice and water in a microwave-safe glass or plastic container.
- Cover with a microwave-safe lid and microwave for 15 minutes on high power, or until almost all of the water is dry and the rice is tender.
- Remove, stir in the condensed milk, coconut and return to the microwave for 5 minutes or until the condensed milk is incorporated into the rice, stirring halfway through so as not to overflow.
- Leave to cool, transfer to refractories or individual bowls and decorate with ground cinnamon and sticks. Serve immediately.
