This breakfast is perfect for those who follow their figure and do sports, because the yoghurt contains a lot of protein and the granola is rich in fiber – together they will give you energy for a long time and will not damage your figure !

  • pecan nuts
  • dried cranberries
  • coconut oil
  • linseed
  • Hercules
  • cinnamon and nutmeg optional
  • of honey
  • plus your favorite berries and peanut butter to garnish the dish!
