It’s fire! Marina Ruy Barbosa wears a dress “on fire” in Cannes

Marina Ruy Barbosa’s looks in Cannes are talked about. The actress and businesswoman wore one more beautiful than the other, either total black and transparent, or two-tone with a full skirt, reminiscent of a fairytale princess, or the one she wore this Tuesday (23), to attend a premiere of the film “Asteroid City”, a new project from award-winning director Wes Anderson. The latter caused the redhead to “catch on fire”.

This is a Gucci multicolor lace sleeveless dress. The unique piece comes in a sleeveless corset construction and flame motif inlay, topped with sequin embroidery and black patent leather belt detail.

Instarsia is the technique of creating interlocking wood or marble ornaments, similar to marquetry. There is also knit, crochet and jacquard marquetry, which consists of intertwining colors and threads to create designs on the pieces. Marina’s dress has a light hem and movement, so the technique used was made with threads, forming flames in shades of orange and black, which overlap the lighter lace.

Styled by Pedro Sales and beauty by Daniel Hernandez, Marina Ruy Barbosa completed the look with black lace gloves and Chopard jewels.

With an Armani Privé look, she launched into the all-black trend with a transparent look, leaving her breasts in full view. The collection of the Italian brand is inspired by the diamond motifs on the harlequin paintings, hence the geometric shape and brightness, which appear in various colors in other pieces.

Marina Ruy Barbosa attended, on Sunday (21), the “Better World Fund Gala Dinner”, a gala dinner for the launch of the Amazon Fund Alliance, in collaboration with UNESCO and the United Nations, in Brazil, for the conservation of the Amazon and which also counts with Leonardo de Caprio as an ally. For the occasion, she wore a “fairytale” look, with a full green skirt and black corset, by Miss Sohee, combined with Chopard jewels.
