spinach cannelloni
ingredients
- 2 packs of spinach scalded
- 500 g of crumbled ricotta
- 1 peeled and chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 250ml of milk
- 500 g of shortcrust pastry
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan
- Salt, nutmeg and olive oil to taste
Method of preparation
In a container, put the spinach leaves, the Parmesan, the salt, the ricotta and the black pepper and mix well. Reserve. In another pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and brown it. Meanwhile, put the cornstarch and milk in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the onion and cook until the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat, season with salt and nutmeg and set aside.
On a smooth surface, open the shortcrust pastry and, using a spoon, fill it with the spinach. Cut with the help of a knife and roll up the cannelloni. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside. Place the reserved sauce on a baking sheet and arrange the cannelloni on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
Spaghetti carbonara
ingredients
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 250g of milk cream
- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- Salt, olive oil and ground black pepper to taste

Put the water in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until it boils. Add the pasta and salt and cook until the pasta is al dente. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. Chicken fillet with orange sauce

- 500g of chicken fillet diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt, ground black pepper and chopped chives to taste
Method of preparation
Put the chicken in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Reserve. Put half the butter in a pan and heat it over medium heat until it melts. Add the wheat flour and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the orange juice, honey and salt and cook until the sauce thickens. Reserve.
In another pan, put the rest of the butter and heat over medium heat. Dispose of the chicken and fry until golden brown on both sides. Turn off the heat, pour the reserved sauce over the chicken and mix well. Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour tea
- 1/2 cup of tea grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cornstarch tea
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 3 eggs
- Fry oil
Method of preparation
Put the rice, milk, wheat flour, Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, eggs and salt in a bowl and mix until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Add the green smell and chemical baking soda and mix to incorporate with the other ingredients. With the help of a spoon, take some dough and shape it into a kibbeh shape. Add the tomato, squash, tomato sauce and water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook until the squash is soft. Turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper. Finish by sprinkling with parsley and serve afterwards.
