For those who have that crush, but aren’t brave enough to approach it, elegant mail is a great opportunity. Usually, the anonymous notes delivered by a party-goer come written on paper, but don’t you agree they would be so much cooler (and tastier) if they were made out of cookies?
We at Paladar are always looking for creative ways to make life tastier, and hence, we decided to ask Hanami’s pastry chef, Cesar Yukio, to create this edible version of elegant mail with messages that can be read and savored in full. . To make the elegant mail biscuit, you can check the recipe here, but the formats can be countless, you can let your creativity speak louder. The chef has taught you how to make square, rectangular and, to spread the love even more, heart-shaped biscuits, just have the molds in the shapes you want.

Icing decoration is made with food coloring, and to make your cookies colorful, you have to paint them, just like the chef does.
The message is your choice, so you can write whatever you want, however, Yukio gave a few options on how to decorate the cookie:

To create your phrase, you’ll need a pastry bag and some white chocolate, which can be mixed with food coloring or melted semisweet chocolate. The important thing is to enjoy this June season and let the romantic atmosphere spread like the flames of your arraiá bonfire.
