Ingredients Apple pie, FROM BLENDER
- 2 large fuji apples
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of oil (plus a little to grease the pan)
- 2 cups flour (tea) + a little for dusting the mould
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 1 and a half teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- ½ cup walnuts (chopped)
- salt (pinch)
Finishing ingredients:
- sugar
PRE-PREPARATION:
- Separate recipe utensils and ingredients.
- To make an entire recipe, like the one pictured, adjust the quantities to 4 servings.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Sift the flour together with the cinnamon and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Wash the lemon and cut it.
- Wash and peel the apples. Reserve the shells for the dough.
- Cut the apples into cubes, put them in a bowl, squeeze the lemon on top and mix.
- Grease the mold with a little oil and sprinkle it with flour.
PREPARATION:
BLENDER Apple Pie:
- In the blender, put the apple peels with the eggs and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add the sugar and beat for another 1 minute.
- Add the oil and beat again for another minute.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl.
- Gradually add the sifted flour with the cinnamon and salt, stirring to incorporate.
- Add the apple cubes and coarsely chopped walnuts to the mixture and mix to distribute them evenly.
- Finally add the yeast.
- Transfer into a buttered and sprinkled mold and place in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
- To check if it’s cooked, do the toothpick test – put the toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean it’s ready.
- Turn off the oven, remove the cake and shake it to see if it comes away from the pan.
- Turn onto a plate or board.
FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:
- Invert the cake onto the serving platter or platter.
- Put the sugar in a sieve and spread it over the cake.
