Valentina Bulc confirms her presence at the Running For Animals race

The 23-year-old actress got her racing side from her father, Milko Bulc.

Just mention Valentina Bulc to remember her work in TV Globo in “Malhação: Pro Dia Nascer Feliz” (2016) e “Every man for himself” (2020) and on Record TV (2018). In addition to all her roles on the small screen, what many ignore is her passion for running and the “example” is confirmation of her presence in the Running For Animals (RFA) race.

“My main objective in this race is to support a movement that defends the right to a dignified and respectful life for all living beings. Mercy for Animals is an NGO (non-governmental organization) that does an admirable job, being able to support alongside them and fighting for animals is also about raising awareness for other people,” she said Valentina in an exclusive interview with the sports life.

The RFA will take place for the first time in a hybrid format, i.e. both face-to-face and virtual. The competitor who opts for face-to-face will run at the Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in Rio de Janeiro, at 7:30 (Brasilia time).

However, the circuit allows the competitor to choose between the 5 km or 10 km route, the circuits of which will provide prizes for the female, male and non-binary categories respectively.

The winner will get two full nights with a companion at the Hotel Serra da Estrela, located in the municipality of Campos de Jordão (SP). The funds raised will be used exclusively in the activities of MFA (Mercy For Animals), a non-profit organization.

“More than fitness, I think about my physical and mental health. I train because I like to feel self-sufficient. I’ve never competed in any competition. It will be my first! I’m really excited about it. I don’t really know what to expect.” Then who knows, maybe I’ll participate in others?” Bulc said.

Valentina Bulc’s appreciation for veganism

Valentina became a vegetarian in 2020 and two years later became a vegan for the environmental cause along with reading, a habit that simply motivated her to incorporate this eating pattern.

“The environmental cause motivated me a lot to stop eating meat and the more I studied the more I realized that changing my habits for the sake of our future was urgent. But it was the animal cause that instigated me to go vegan. I read the book “Introduction to Animal Rights” and a ‘key’ turned. In my view, I have no right to exploit, mistreat and take the life of another living being simply for my own pleasure. Therefore, I have been vegan since 2022″ , detailed.

Whoever thinks that veganism is only part of this actress’s diet is wrong, that is, a daily battle and having seen what she preaches in her daily life through her social networks and dialogues.
