Simple chocolate cake blender, both, easy to store and make

Nega Maluca cake ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of oil (tea)
  • 1 cup hot water (tea)
  • 1½ cups (tea) sugar
  • 2 cups flour (sifted)
  • 1 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
  • salt (pinch)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Butter to grease the mould

Chocolate glaze ingredients:

  • 60ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder (powdered)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

Ingredients to finish:

  • chocolates (to taste)

PRE-PREPARATION:

  1. Gather all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. In a bowl, sift the flour, the chocolate powder with a pinch of salt.
  3. Combine a form with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 165°C (electric) or 180°C (gas).

PREPARATION:

Chocolate cake:

  1. In a blender beat the oil with the eggs, the sugar.
  2. Whisking constantly, gradually add the flour mixture with the chocolate and salt.
  3. Transfer the dough into a bowl, add hot water and mix well.
  4. Finally add the yeast and mix again.
  5. Transfer the dough into the form, which has already been greased and sprinkled.
  6. Place in a preheated oven and cook for about 30-45 minutes (the time may vary depending on the oven).

Chocolate coating:

  1. While the cake is cooking, mix the milk, butter, chocolate powder and sugar in a pan. Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference: sweeter or more bitter.
  2. Place over medium heat and stirring, bring to a boil.
  3. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Chocolate cake:

  1. When the cake has cooked, do the toothpick test, insert it in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
  2. Remove from the oven, swirl the pan lightly to see if the cake falls apart.
  3. Turn onto a plate or board.

FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. welcome the Chocolate cake on the plate or platter it will be served on.
  2. With a fork, pierce the cake randomly.
  3. Heat the chocolate coating.
  4. Slowly drizzle the hot icing over the cake so that it soaks into the batter.

  5. Crazy black cake, traditional, chocolate with water and oil, easy to make.
