Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sour dusting (tea)
  • 1 cup of oil (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 cup of water (tea)
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups (tea) of grated semi-cured Minas cheese
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • 2 cups ham (grated)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt and oregano to taste
  • 4 tomatoes cut into thin slices
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. Place the sprinkle in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Put the oil, salt, water and milk in a pan and bring to the boil over medium heat.
  3. Pour this mixture onto the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  4. Leave to cool a bit and knead the dough with your hands.
  5. Add the eggs and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  6. Add the Minas cheese.
  7. Grease your hands, shape the sandwiches and arrange them in a greased and floured pan.
  8. Flatten the dough with a spoon and place in the preheated medium oven for 10 minutes.
  9. For the filling, mix the mozzarella with the ham in a bowl.
  10. In another bowl, mix the onion, olive oil, salt and oregano.
  11. Remove the pan from the oven and flatten each bun again with a spoon.
  12. On top of each bread put a portion of mozzarella with ham, a slice of tomato, salt and on top of the seasoned onion.
  13. Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes and serve afterwards.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 liters of water
  • Salt, oregano and fresh basil to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups cornmeal (tea)
  • 200 g of grated mozzarella
  • 4 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olives (chopped)
  • margarine for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a skillet, over medium heat, add water and salt to taste and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the cornmeal, stirring constantly.
  3. Leave on medium heat and keep stirring until it comes apart from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Spread the polenta into a large greased baking tray, leaving it 2 cm thick.
  5. Wait for them to cool down and with the help of a glass cut the pizzas.
  6. Distribute the pizzas in a large greased pan and place a little cheese, tomato, olives and oregano on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, decorate with basil and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggplants, sliced ​​1-inch thick
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 150 g of ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup mozzarella (chopped)
  • oregano to taste
  • 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)

Method of preparation:

  1. Place the eggplants on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper and leave to cool.
  4. Divide the tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper, between the eggplant slices.

  • 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup potatoes (straw)

Beef and cream

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 g of filet mignon in strips
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (tea)
  • 1 box of cream (200g)

Method of preparation:

  1. For the stroganoff, heat a pan with the oil and fry the meat and onion seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the milk cream, mix and turn off the heat. Reserve.
  4. To assemble, place the pizza disks in a large baking dish and divide the tomato sauce, stroganoff and mozzarella between them.
  5. Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and cover with the potato straw and serve.

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup cooked and juiced squash
  • 1 cup of water (warm)
  • 4 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • Soft wheat flour for flouring
  • Oil for greasing

Filling

  • 500 g of dried meat desalted, cooked and minced
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl put the yeast, salt and sugar and mix.
  2. Add the oil, pumpkin, water and mix.
  3. Add the flour a little at a time, until the dough comes off your hands.
  4. Knead, divide into 20 balls, place them on a floured surface and leave to rest for 40 minutes or until doubled in volume.
  5. In a bowl mix the ingredients for the filling and set aside.
