Honey, lemon and ginger tea
ingredients
- 2 tbsp ginger grated
- 2 spoons of honey
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2 teacups of hot water
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the ginger, honey and lemon and heat over medium heat. Add water and boil for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat and strain the tea. Serve immediately.
pineapple tea
ingredients
- Peels of 1 pineapple
- 1 liter of water
Method of preparation
In a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the pineapple peels and boil for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and transfer the tea with the bark to a blender. Blend until well blended and, using a sieve, strain the tea. Serve immediately.
Ginger and orange tea
