According to the nutritionist Renata Guirau, of Oba Hortifrutithe suggestion is to use chocolate to prepare recipes rich in antioxidants and less calories to balance calorie consumption.
“In this way the preparations still have the taste of chocolate, they help you not to eat excessive quantities of it, since they help with satiety, and in any case provide various nutrients that the body needs”, he points out.

Passion fruit popsicle with chocolate
ingredients
- Pulp of 1 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 200ml of water
- 100 g of dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Method of preparation
Make a juice with the passion fruit, water and sugar and then put it in the ice lolly molds to take it to the freezer.
When the ice cream is already frozen, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix it with the coconut oil, forming a syrup.
Develop popsicles and cover with chocolate syrup. Put it back in the freezer for at least another hour before serving.
