Ingredients:
- 6 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 kg of oxtail cut at the joints
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour (if needed)
Method of preparation:
- In the pressure cooker, line the bottom with the onion.
- Immediately after, distribute the tail and, on top, spread the sausage.
- Tamp (no water needed), bring to medium heat and cook for 1 hour after taking pressure.
- Release pressure to open pot and remove meats.
- If the broth is thin, add the flour and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
