Ingredients:
- 1 pack of puff pastry (300 g)
- Butter for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Filling
- 300 g of minced ham
- 1 cup of catupiry® type curd
- 1 chopped tomato
- oregano to taste
Method of preparation:
- For the filling, mix the ham, ricotta, tomato, oregano in a bowl and set aside.
- Roll out the puff pastry according to package directions and cut into triangles.
- Place a portion of filling on each triangle and roll up starting from the base.
- Arrange side by side in a large greased baking dish, brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and serve immediately

Performance: 2 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- grated parmesan to taste
Method of preparation:
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks
- Be very careful that the gems do not burst.
- Then whip the egg whites and season them with a pinch of salt.
- Blend until you get a compact consistency.
- Line a refractory or mold with baking paper, or grease it with olive oil, or
- If the mold is non-stick, the above steps are unnecessary
- Make two piles with the egg white and then, with the help of a spoon, open a hole in the center of each “cake”.
- Place the whites in the preheated oven at 230 ˚C for about 5 minutes
- Finally, remove the eggs from the oven, put the yolk in the center and throw the Parmesan cheese on top, the black pepper and add salt if necessary.
- Cook for another 5 minutes
- Then serve while it’s piping hot!

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
- 1/2 tbsp(s) baking powder
Roof
- 1 box of cream
- 2 bars of dark chocolate
Method of preparation:
- Mix the flour, baking powder and set aside.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
- Pour in the flour and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased mould, place it in the heated Airfryer and set it for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
- For the glaze, chop the chocolate and mix it with the cream.
- Put in a water bath or in the microwave and mix well until smooth.
- Distribute on the cake and serve.
Cappuccino

Ingredients:
- 1 can of powdered milk
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 100 g of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth
- Store in airtight containers
- Then serve 2 tablespoons of cappuccino for each cup (tea) of hot water.
- If you prefer a creamier drink, use warm milk.
strawberry smoothie

Ingredients:
- 3 cups iced latte (tea)
- 5 washed strawberries
Method of preparation:
- Wash the strawberries and then remove the leaves
- Beat the milk and strawberries in the blender
- Finally, serve after.

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 8 slices of white bread
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of mozzarella
- 1 sliced ripe tomato
- 1/2 cup potatoes (straw)
Method of preparation:
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ricotta cheese on each slice of bread.
- On each slice of bread put 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of tomato and straw potato.
- Close with the rest of the bread and place in the toaster for the time indicated or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
