Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry (300 g)
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Filling

  • 300 g of minced ham
  • 1 cup of catupiry® type curd
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, mix the ham, ricotta, tomato, oregano in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry according to package directions and cut into triangles.
  3. Place a portion of filling on each triangle and roll up starting from the base.
  4. Arrange side by side in a large greased baking dish, brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove and serve immediately

Time: 20 minutes

Performance: 2 portions

Ingredients:

  • salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks
  2. Be very careful that the gems do not burst.
  3. Then whip the egg whites and season them with a pinch of salt.
  4. Blend until you get a compact consistency.
  5. Line a refractory or mold with baking paper, or grease it with olive oil, or
  6. If the mold is non-stick, the above steps are unnecessary
  7. Make two piles with the egg white and then, with the help of a spoon, open a hole in the center of each “cake”.
  8. Place the whites in the preheated oven at 230 ˚C for about 5 minutes
  9. Finally, remove the eggs from the oven, put the yolk in the center and throw the Parmesan cheese on top, the black pepper and add salt if necessary.
  10. Cook for another 5 minutes
  11. Then serve while it’s piping hot!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1/2 tbsp(s) baking powder

  • 1 box of cream
  • 2 bars of dark chocolate

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and set aside.
  2. Beat the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
  3. Pour in the flour and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased mould, place it in the heated Airfryer and set it for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
  5. For the glaze, chop the chocolate and mix it with the cream.
  6. Put in a water bath or in the microwave and mix well until smooth.
  7. Distribute on the cake and serve.

  • 1 can of powdered milk
  • 2 cups sugar (tea)
  • 100 g of instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth
  2. Store in airtight containers
  3. Then serve 2 tablespoons of cappuccino for each cup (tea) of hot water.
  4. If you prefer a creamier drink, use warm milk.
