The “Icon of the Seas”, the largest cruise ship in the world, is five times the size of the Titanic and will leave next year
With five times larger than the Titanic and capacity for nearly ten thousand people, this is the Icon of the seas. The world’s largest cruise ship, which belongs to Royal Caribbean International, is undergoing finishing touches and preparing for its maiden voyage on the high seas expected next year.

According to the responsible company, Icon of the Seas will set sail for a seven-night vacation in the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Departing from Miami year-round, trips undertaken by the giant will include a visit to the Perfect day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s award-winning private island. Furthermore, the cruises also guarantee a visit to Hideaway Beach, an expansion of the island.
Despite the heavenly destination, it is the numbers of the largest cruise ship in the world that impress. The ship has 250,800 tons and holds approximately 7,600 passengers and 2,350 crew members. Already internally, Icon of the Seas will also break records as it will feature the largest marine water park in the world.

Meanwhile, Icon of the Seas, which takes the position of the largest cruise ship in the world, is 365 meters long and has 20 decks. Inside, the ship has 28 different types of accommodation. That’s why it has more categories for families, more oceanfront layouts, and more space for group travelers.
