Right! We were invited by Grupo Petrópolis to visit the Boituva (SP) brewery for a Beer tour in commemoration of International Beer Day (04/8). On site, we learn about the operation, production and bottling of the main beers consumed in Brazil, as well as other products that are part of the brewery, such as soft drinks and energy drinks.

The visit to the brewery was conducted by Liane Bemme, coordinator of Industrial Processes, who showed important and essential steps to make a beer. It all starts with the unloading of the raw materials, passes through the brewhouse and the maturation tanks, up to bottling, a phase in which the beer is labelled, packaged and can now proceed to be marketed.
