- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Wholemeal flour for dusting

Method of preparation
Put the brown sugar, honey, olive oil, water and yeast in a bowl and mix well. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Put the wholemeal flour, salt and chestnuts in another container and mix well. After that, make a hole in the middle of the flour and take the reserved mixture and mix until you get a smooth mass.
Then flour a smooth surface with flour, put the dough on it and knead well. Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest until doubled in size. Bread with sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
ingredients
- 11/2 cup whole milk tea
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 4 g of dry yeast
- 1/5 tablespoon golden sesame
- 1/5 tbsp black sesame
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of water
Method of preparation
Put the brown sugar, wheat flour and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the milk, olive oil and yeast and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest until doubled in size. Meanwhile, put the egg and water in a container and mix well.
In another container put the sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and mix well. Next, divide the dough into two equal parts and brush with the egg mixture. Almond bread with chia
ingredients
- 1 tea cup of ground almonds
- 1 cup of chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup of tea Chia seeds
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- Wholemeal flour for dusting

Method of preparation
Put the almonds, cashews and chia seeds in a container and mix well. Reserve. In a blender, place the eggs, water and olive oil and beat until incorporated.
