Easy and cheap chocolate cake, from a blender, very practical and quick to make

A simple chocolate cake made with water in a blender or by hand. An ideal dough for simple desserts, without filling.

Recipe for 4 people.

Classic (without restrictions), Vegetarian

Preparation: 01:00 + cooling time

Interval: 00:30

TOOLS

1 bowl(s), 1 sieve(s), 1 spatula(s), 1 wire whisk (optional), 1 mould(s)

EQUIPMENT

conventional + blender (optional)

METERS

cup = 240ml, spoon = 15ml, teaspoon = 10ml, teaspoon = 5ml

Ingredients PASTA – EASY AND CHEAP CHOCOLATE CAKE

– 2 units of eggs

– 200 ml of hot water (do not boil)

– 200 g of unsalted butter, softened. A little less to gain weight.

– 2 cup(s) of sugar

– 2 cup(s) (tea) of wheat flour, sifted.

– 2 cup(s) (tea) of chocolate powder, sifted, or, a little more for dusting. (or bitter cocoa)

– 1 spoon(s) of baking powder

CHEAP CHOCOLATE COATING Ingredients (with chocolate powder):

– 4 tablespoon(s) of milk – or a little more if you want a smoother syrup.

– 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder (or cocoa powder)

– 1 tablespoon(s) of unsalted butter

– 2 tablespoon(s) of sugar, or as much as you like.

Ingredients TO FINISH

– grated chocolate to taste

PRE-PREPARATION:

  1. Separate recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. For a standard recipe, like the one in the photo, adjust the quantities for 4 people and in this case use a 26cm mold to obtain a medium-height cake.
  3. Remove the butter from the refrigerator, so that it is well softened.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C,
  5. Combine the form with butter and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
  6. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into 1 bowl.

PREPARATION:

PASTA – CHOCOLATE CAKE EASY AND CHEAP

  1. Combine the liquid ingredients in a blender or bowl: eggs, hot water, butter and sugar.
  2. In the bowl where you have the dry ingredients, put the mixture beaten by the blender and mix well with the wire whisk,
  3. Put the cake mixture into the mold previously greased and sprinkled with powdered chocolate and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Don’t cook it too much so it doesn’t dry out.
  4. Let cool.

CHOCOLATE COATING:

  1. Bring all ingredients to the heat and mix well until incorporated and slightly thickened.
  2. Leave to cool, but not completely.

ASSEMBLY:

  1. Develop the cake.
  2. Pour the hot syrup over the cake and leave to cool.
  3. Cover with grated chocolate

FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Transfer to serving plate. It can be stored at room temperature.
  2. Cut into pieces and serve.
