Broccoli and bacon broth

Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of ninja broccoli
- salt to taste
- 3 1/2 cups (tea) milk
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 200 g of diced bacon
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
- 100 g of grated mozzarella

Method of preparation:
- In a pan, over medium heat, cook the broccoli in salted water, leaving it al dente.
- Drain, divide into two parts and leave to cool.
- In a blender, blend half the broccoli, the milk, the vegetable stock and the cornstarch until creamy and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with the butter over medium heat and fry the bacon and garlic until golden brown
