Denying or masking pain does not help us overcome difficulties.

How do we deal with loss? This is a topic many try to avoid, but it is something we will have to address someday. That’s why it’s always worth thinking about…
When dealing with a loss, some people bottle up, move on with life, and pretend everything is fine. And it’s not. Sooner or later these people fall and, until they discover the feeling hidden deep in their hearts, a huge “life” time passes. It’s because this weather is losing life, color and flavor, becoming a little greyish, strange.
Others question the reasons, wanting to put logic and/or motive. To escape the emotional, they try to use the mental. Deal with the situation consistently. I’m sorry, I haven’t seen this job in forever…
Some are practical, they do what needs to be done and if they don’t have something to do… they find something. Just not to stop. So much action, do, go, take, bring to no end. But it ends, an hour there is nothing left.
Still others are trapped in “what if…”, or “how I wish…”, “how I wish…”, “I was going to…”. Paralyzed at an earlier time (distant or not) that would make a difference. And that moment passed.
All of these are ways to escape feelings, get emotional, and show your pain. To deny is not to eliminate and to mask is not to treat. The feeling is there.
Under layers of concrete, i.e. rationalizations, facts and conditionals. It’s still there.
We have only one alternative, to hear it. Feel the pain, accept that feeling of loss that is a part of life. Wisps of memories come and go, bringing pain sometimes mild, sometimes deep, and sometimes a smile. That’s right, that’s life. To feel the loss and accept it is to place yourself in the womb of life. He takes, carries, squeezes and also comforts.
What’s really important is that we feel, we’re sorry!
A little help from the crystals is fine…
Amethyst
Purple in color, the Amethyst corresponds to brow chakra, also called the third eye. Purple is made up of blue and red. Blue brings peace to the active energy of red and induces a meditative state. It takes the mind away from self-centered thought patterns, drawing it towards a deeper understanding.
Teach humility and detachment. It can be called “the soul stone” because it sends its message to this level of existence. Through his strong identification with this force, he consoles the person who has to face the transition to real or symbolic death, be it his own or that of his loved ones.
It can be held to regain balance and relieve mental tension. Amethyst brings us to the archetype of the Wise, which is balanced and humble wisdom. He teaches us humility, as he shows us the infinity of what surrounds us, that we are part of the Whole, of the living and conscious Universe, he shows us how small the ego and our daily worries are.
