Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cachaça
  • Fry oil
  • Cinnamon sugar to coat

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, whole milk, butter, salt and cachaça.
  3. When it is homogeneous add the yeast.
  4. Check to see if the dough comes away from your hands. If not, add more wheat flour little by little.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to form a rectangle.
  6. Cut the dough into 7 x 3 cm rectangles.
  7. Make a small cut in the center of each rectangle and roll one end into the center cut.
