- 1 pack of puff pastry (400g)
- Butter for greasing
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Filling
- 3 cups creamy dulce de leche
- 1/2 pack of cream (100g)
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
How to prepare strawberry shortcake with dulce de leche:
- Roll out the puff pastry following the instructions on the package and cut it into 5cm x 10cm rectangles.
- Then, arrange them side by side in a large greased rectangular baking dish and bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and set aside.
