The history of astrology

His habit of reading the horoscope, of making the astral chart, of following the astrological transits and the combination of the signs originates in a knowledge with more than 5 thousand years of existence. In this article, Personare tells a little more about the history of astrology.

History of astrology: when was it born?

according to the astrologer Alexey Dodsworthauthor of the Personal Astral Map, Astrology has existed from the moment man first looked at the sky and began to analyze the movement of the Astros.

“In historical terms, it is not possible to pinpoint the exact moment, nor the exact place where what we know as Astrology emerged. The genius had discovered something and this was established as knowing,” explains Alexey in basic course of astrology.

Historical documents indicate that 3 thousand years before Christ there were already several attempts to study the relationship between heaven and human life, in the most diverse cultures: Indian, Greek, Babylonian, among others.

How were horoscopes born?

According to Alexey, the Mesopotamians were the first to believe that the stars could also announce the time when certain events on Earth, related to human life, would occur.

The beginning or end of a war and the birth or death of kings are some examples of events predicted at the time.

This analysis was based on experimenting and recording the position that the stars occupied in the sky while these events occurred.

It then became common to construction of the horoscope, which is the hourly chart. It was initially only made for kings, then the Greeks started marketing it. As early as the 18th century, British newspapers popularized this knowledge, creating horoscopes for newspapers as we know them today.

or Custom horoscope (access yours here), which is the “real” horoscope, compare the position of the planets in the Astrological chart of a person with the analyzed day sky, also known as the Sky Map.

Why true? Because the correlation between the Astrological chart and the Sky Map allows you to analyze a series of factors that indicate events and trends that can help a person understand the moments he is going through.
