Homemade jaboticaba jelly recipe
Preparation time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- 1.3 kg of freshly squeezed jabuticaba juice
- 1kg of sugar
Preparation method:
- In a pan, heat the squeezed jabuticaba over low heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling.
- Remove and filter with a fine cloth.
- Discard the pomace and return the broth to the pan.
- Add the sugar and mix until completely dissolved.
- In a pan, heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the jelly stage. If necessary, remove any foam that forms during cooking with a slotted spoon.
- Remove from the heat, leave to cool and store in a closed container until ready to serve.
