Ingredients:

  • 500 g of beef liver cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, juiced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, season the liver with garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, add the oil and butter and heat.
  3. Add the onion, liver and parsley.
  4. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until softened.
