Oat and coconut bar

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup oats (tea)
- 1 cup softened margarine
- 1 cup (tea) of wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup (tea) brown sugar
- Flour to flour your hands

- 100 g of Brazil nuts
- 50 g of walnuts
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup (tea) brown sugar
- Grated coconut for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- For the dough, blend all the ingredients in the blender, using the pulse button, until it forms a ball.
- With floured hands, take the dough and line a square baking pan, measuring 20 cm on each side.
- Chop the chestnuts in the mixer, coarsely, remove and set aside
- In the meantime, do the same with the walnuts and fresh coconut, mix and distribute over the dough.
- Beat the eggs with the brown sugar until well blended, pour over the cake and then bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at a moderate temperature, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Leave to cool, cut into 12 pieces, sprinkle with grated coconut and serve immediately.
