  • 800 g of minced meat
  • 2 slices of skinless Tuscan sausage, crumbled
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 5 thick slices of cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

Rose sauce

  • 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of cream

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, moisten the bread with water, squeeze well to remove all the liquid and crumble it with your fingers.
  2. Add the meat, sausage, onion, egg, salt, pepper and then mix well
