Method of preparation

In a bowl, season the chicken with the juice, herbs, salt and pepper. Melt half of the butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry the fillets evenly for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Reserve on a serving plate and keep warm.

Over medium heat, melt the remaining butter and sauté the onion for 1 minute. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 1 minute.
