Chicken breast wrapped in bacon

ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 onions cut into slices
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 100 g of sliced ​​bacon
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • Salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil to taste
  • Toothpick for tying

Preparation method

Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season them with salt, black pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Add the onion and garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Then remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and wrap the chicken breasts in bacon, tying them with toothpicks. Place back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Then, remove from the oven, remove the toothpicks, cut into slices and serve immediately.

Chicken breast in sauce

ingredients

  • 1kg chicken breast dice
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk tea
  • 1 pinch of powdered nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml of cooking water

Preparation method

In a pan, add the oil and olive oil and place over medium heat to heat through. Then brown the onion and pepper. Add the chicken breast, nutmeg and water and cook for 15 minutes. Add the chicken broth and sprinkle with the wheat, mixing everything together. Add the milk and salt and mix well until the broth thickens. Then turn off the heat and serve immediately.

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika
  • Salt and oregano to taste

Preparation method

In a container, place the breasts chicken and season with orange and lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt, oregano and peanut butter. Then transfer the chicken to a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and serve immediately.
