Everything we live, think and feel is recorded in ours chakras, giving them the direction of movement. Therefore, this energy can bring us a tendency towards well-being or discomfort. Therefore, you should align your chakras. But how?
When we are moved by memories of pain or beliefs, most of the time, depending on the characteristics of our thoughts and actions, some specific chakras are in functioning deficit.
If they communicate continuously, little by little everyone will get sick and sometimes even leave our physical, mental and emotional bodies weakened. For this reason, align the chakras or harmonizing them reorganizes the entire system for the better.
I serve many people who want to change behaviors and situations in their lives, but with a deactivated chakra they don’t have the energy to move forward and don’t even know why.
