Tagliatelle with garlic and oil recipe

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of tagliatelle (500g)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 200 g diced bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (tea) warm water
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation method:

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package or al dente.
  2. Drain and reserve.
  3. Fry the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
  4. In a large, wide pan, melt the butter with the olive oil and brown the garlic over low heat.
  5. Pour the pasta into the pan and add the water little by little to prevent it from drying out.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with fried bacon and parsley and serve.
